Glitter is applied to the eyelids, directly on other eyeshadows, over colored makeup bases, on the lips after applying lipstick, on the cheeks or on the body. It provides long-lasting shine. It is recommended to use a layer of sticky primer first. The shiny glitter particles will be fixed on this fine film and will remain intact throughout the entire wear.
