Return Policy

At Oranjollie.ro, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, you have the right to return products under the conditions below.

Right of Withdrawal
According to European consumer protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from:

• the day you received the product(s), or

• in the case of services, the day the contract was concluded.

Return Conditions

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging (where applicable).

• Returns must be made within 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

• The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

• If the returned product shows signs of wear, damage, or missing parts, Oranjollie.ro reserves the right to deduct an amount from the refund to reflect the diminished value.

Refunds
Once we receive the returned product(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you agree otherwise.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

• Customized or personalized products made according to your specifications.

• Services that have already been fully performed, if performance began with your prior express consent.
